About the school

  • UCGS supports the development of the whole student on four levels: intrapersonally, interpersonally, societally and globally.
  • Clubs include musical, dramatic, artistic, sporting, technological and literary offerings. There is also a range of thriving societies led by sixth-form students, such as the Female Lead Society and eco society.

  • All Year 12 students complete either the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) or the English Speaking Board (ESB) Level 3 Certificate in Speech. In the lower school students can take additional mathematics (Year 11), Arts Award (Year 9) and instrumental music qualifications (Years 7-11).
