“Pupils receive an exceptional education. The school has very high expectations, from Reception through to the sixth form. As a result, pupils achieve extremely well. The focus on both academic rigour and personal development ensures pupils excel and are well prepared to contribute positively to wider society. Pupils are polite, confident, and highly articulate. Staff know the pupils very well which helps them feel safe. Behaviour in the school is exceptional. The school’s curricular thinking is highly developed and ambitious. Staff have identified the precise knowledge they want pupils to learn at each stage.”

About the school

Seven Kings School is a mixed state school catering for children aged 4 to 18 from East London and beyond. It’s part of the Seven Kings Learning Partnership of schools from across Redbridge, Barking and Dagenham, Waltham Forest and Havering.
Extracurricular activities include subject-based clubs such as art, drama, music, science, sport and technology. The school offers trips to Paris, Spain and China in addition to ski trips to Austria.
There is a whole-school approach to careers with pastoral and curriculum support. Memberships to the Redbridge Careers and Enterprise Network and London Careers Hub East provide opportunities for students to be exposed to employers, colleges and apprenticeship providers, as well as attend bespoke workshops, experiences and guidance sessions.
Seven Kings is a Mental Health Support Team Partnership school and employs two qualified counsellors.
