- The 2025 Ofsted report concluded that “the school has high expectations for all” and praised its “broad and high-quality curriculum, including in the sixth form”.
- Sixth-formers can choose from 27 subjects at A-level and BTec, including criminology, philosophy and further mathematics. Pupils can also study for the Extended Project Qualification.
- The compulsory year 12 enrichment programme includes volunteering and sports leadership opportunities, time devoted to working on the school magazine, and to hands-on sessions in AI, 3D printing and design. In 2025, 23 per cent of A-level grades achieved were awarded A*-A and 55 per cent at A*-B.
