- This coeducational academy opened in 1967 with the merger of selective boys’ and girls’ schools. It is proud to continue a tradition of grammar school education in Faversham since 1527 — and to add a positive attitude towards change.

- Pupils can learn to crochet, speak Mandarin Chinese or play the saxophone by taking advantage of the wide range of clubs. Volunteering and charity work helps to strengthen bonds within year groups and houses.
- Excellent sports facilities include a sports hall and gym, tennis courts, fitness suites and extensive grass pitches. School teams have achieved county and national honours in athletics, badminton, cricket, fencing, football, golf, gymnastics, judo, roller hockey, sailing, swimming, taekwondo and table tennis.
