- Prior Park College was founded by Bishop Augustine Baines in 1830 and is one of the UK’s largest Catholic coeducational independent schools.
- The school, which accepts both boarding and day pupils, is set across 57 acres overlooking the Unesco World Heritage city of Bath. Its main building, Prior Park, was designed by John Wood the Elder, in neo-Palladian style.
- Sports facilities include an 18m indoor pool, state-of-the-art gym, and rugby and cricket pitches. Prior Park also has a year-round tennis programme and works with Team Bath Tennis Academy to coach some of the most promising juniors in the country.
