About the school

  • The College Student Leadership Team champions the voice and vision of the students across the school and there are a range of student leadership opportunities, such as Anti Bullying Ambassadors, Healthy Relationship Ambassadors and Mental Health Ambassadors.
  • Sports clubs include football, rugby, cricket, netball, hockey, rounders, climbing, sailing, cross-country running and skateboarding, and there are also arts, music, drama, Stem subjects and programming groups. 
  • More than 150 students are involved in the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and the school sends several teams to take part in the Ten Tors hiking competition.
  • The school offers a range of services to support students personally and in their studies when difficulties occur through work with Early Help 4 Mental Health (EH4MH) and Child and Adolescent Mental Health services (CAMHS).
