About the school

The school aims to open a world of opportunities. It opened in Birmingham in 1927 and its newest addition is a sixth-form centre, built in 2020.
Boys have been accepted into the sixth form for a decade.
High expectations and learning reach far beyond the classroom. Enrichment and leadership opportunities abound, and pupils are introduced to new ideas and cultures on trips in Britain and abroad.
The Birmingham school has a learning hub where pupils can find a quiet space to relax with a book, or study before and after school and at break times.
