What the school inspection says

Date of report
2017
Verdict
Excellent-good
“The school’s aim is to educate girls to become resilient, positive and successful young women, ready to embrace the challenges of the future. Pupils of all ages achieve well and are academically ambitious. They are enthusiastic learners and enjoy applying recently acquired techniques to new situations … Untarnished by arrogance, [they] demonstrate a delightful sense of purpose. Pupils are encouraged to think for themselves about ‘where they are’ both within their studies and as people. From an early age, pupils learn about the importance of making sensible decisions, and thereby taking responsibility for their own future success and wellbeing. They have a highly developed social awareness.” There was a regulatory compliance visit in 2020 and a routine inspection in 2024.
