- Founded in 1978, Hampstead Fine Arts College was the only independent college in London to specialise in the arts and humanities for sixth-form students. Today, it is open to pupils between the ages of 13 and 19.
- The college’s post-A-level portfolio course enables students to structure a personalised syllabus, reflecting a less rigid approach to studies, and its partnership with Dukes Education gives pupils access to a team of Oxbridge and US university admissions specialists.
- Academic course students are commonly accepted by the Courtauld Institute, LSE, Cambridge and Oxford, among other top educational institutions. Many art students go on to Central Saint Martins and the London College of Fashion.
- Former students include the actress Helena Bonham Carter and the singer Eliza Doolittle.
