About the school

Forest Hill School is a boys’ secondary and sixth form in Lewisham, south London.
It operates in partnership with the nearby Sydenham School, a girls’ secondary, with which it shares resources and enrichment opportunities.
The school has about 1,100 students and offers a broad curriculum supported by strong creative and sporting provision.
In 2025 Forest Hill recorded some of its strongest A-level outcomes to date, with results above national averages across all grade bands.
That same year the school was described as the “happiest school in Lewisham”, based on findings from Ofsted’s Parent View Survey, in which 94 per cent of parents reported satisfaction with their children’s happiness levels.
