- Eltham Hill School is a girls’ comprehensive with a mixed sixth form in Greenwich.
- Founded as a grammar school in 1906, it began with 40 pupils and now has 1,300.
- In 2024 students created a mural honouring Stephen Lawrence, the teenager murdered in the area in a racist attack in 1993. The artwork was unveiled by his mother, Baroness Lawrence.
- The Booker prizewinning author Bernardine Evaristo is a former pupil and returned to the school in 2021 to talk to students about her writing and career.
