About the school

  • DHSG is a selective state school in Plymouth, catering for girls aged 11-18 at the higher end of the academic ability range. It acquired academy status in 2019.
  • Founded in 1908 as a specialist language college, the school maintains this aspect by offering classes in Mandarin, French, German and Spanish.
