- In 2024, Ofsted rated Clapton Girls’ Academy as outstanding. The school values are compassion, ambition, integrity and resilience, all of which “support our students and staff with being positive role models and prepare our students for becoming the leaders of the future”.
- The school says it is proud of being a founding member of the International Coalition of Girls’ Schools. It says: “Girls can benefit tremendously from being in a school like ours that provides an education uniquely tailored to their needs and development.”
- Girls have varied opportunities to take on leadership roles, from becoming prefects in year 13 to being student librarians and peer mentors.
- Extracurricular clubs include Stem Club, creative writing club, basketball, dancing and guitar club.
- In 2025 36 per cent of A-level grades achieved were A*-A with girls progressing to many Russell Group universities, and others achieving highly sought-after apprenticeships, including JP Morgan’s degree apprenticeship in finance.
