- Success is about much more than academic outcomes. Oracy is championed: pupils are taught to present their ideas confidently and not to be shy to raise questions.
- Athletics and cross-country competitors have had national success. The extensive list of extracurricular clubs cover the arts, music and drama, as well as interests from science and debating, to an LGBTQ+ society.
- Pupils raise money for a local Lincolnshire food bank and the charity Cry (Cardiac Risk in the Young).
- Leavers follow a variety of paths, from studying medicine at Cambridge to performing arts at Liverpool.
